Volt Standard ("Application") is owned, developed, and maintained by K PACK ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Application handles user information and protects your privacy.
1. Information We Collect
Volt Standard is designed to operate primarily on your device.
No Personal Information: We do not collect, store, or share personally identifiable information (PII), such as your name, email address, phone number, or account information.
No Sensitive Permissions: The Application does not request access to sensitive device features such as your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or external storage unless required by a future version and disclosed in an updated Privacy Policy.
2. Data Processing
All calculations performed within the Application—including voltage drop, conductor sizing, conduit fill, conduit bending, and solar PV calculations—are processed locally on your device.
Calculation data remains on your device during use.
We do not transmit calculation results or user inputs to our servers.
Most calculation data exists only for the current session and is cleared when the Application is closed, unless a future feature explicitly allows local saving.
3. Internet Access
The current version of the Application does not require internet access for its core functionality and does not transmit user calculation data to external servers.
4. Third-Party Services
The Application does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or user behavior tracking services such as Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics.
5. Children's Privacy
Because the Application does not knowingly collect personal information, it is intended to provide a privacy-respecting experience for users of all ages. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us so we can investigate the matter.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to the Application or legal requirements. Any updates will be published with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

8. Development and Publishing Information
This Application was developed with technical assistance from App Launch Agency, an independent mobile application development service provider.
App Launch Agency acted solely as a contracted development and publishing service provider.
K PACK remains the sole owner and publisher of Volt Standard.
App Launch Agency does not own the Google Play Developer account, the Application, or its intellectual property.
Any access granted to App Launch Agency is limited to the permissions necessary for development and maintenance of this Application.

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using Volt Standard ("Application"), provided by K PACK.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use on compatible devices.
3. Purpose of the Application
Volt Standard is an electrical calculation utility that provides mathematical estimates for:
Voltage Drop & Conductor Sizing
Conduit Fill Calculations
Conduit Offset & Saddle Bending
Solar PV & Battery String Sizing
The results are based entirely on the values entered by the user.
4. Professional Disclaimer
The Application is intended as a calculation aid only.
It does not replace:
Professional engineering advice
Applicable electrical codes (such as NEC or CEC)
Required inspections
Proper electrical testing
Professional judgment
Users are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any calculations before applying them to real-world electrical installations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, K PACK is not liable for damages, injuries, equipment failures, code violations, or losses resulting from the use of the Application or reliance on its calculations.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, designs, trademarks, graphics, and other intellectual property associated with Volt Standard remain the exclusive property of K PACK.
You may not:
Reverse engineer or decompile the Application.
Modify or create derivative works.
Redistribute or republish the Application without written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not guarantee that the Application will operate without interruption or be error-free on every device or software environment. We may provide updates and bug fixes through the Google Play Store.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, K PACK shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.

Volt Standard was developed with technical assistance from App Launch Agency, an independent software development contractor.
App Launch Agency:
is not the owner or publisher of the Application;
has no ownership interest in K PACK;
has no ownership or administrative control over the Google Play Developer account; and
provides development and maintenance services only as authorized by K PACK.
All ownership rights, publishing responsibilities, and legal accountability for Volt Standard remain with K PACK.
